We are situated in the West Port at the West end of the Grassmarket and in the shadow of the South side of Edinburgh Castle. The West Port has for some time been at the heart of the Edinburgh Bookselling community with half a dozen bookshops within a five minute walk of each other.
- At the Art Galleries on Princes Street climb the Mound
- Come to the top of the Mound
- Cross over the traffic lights where the top of the Mound meets the Royal Mile
- After about 50 metres turn first right in to Victoria Street
- Walk down to the bottom of Victoria Street and into the Grassmarket
- Walk straight through the Grassmarket
- At the Western exit of the Grassmarket you have reached the bottom of West Port. We are situated about half way up on the left and we're the first bookshop you come to
